      Tried and failed to find an old @briankoppelman thread about this. Paraphrasing / how I think about it: New Year's resolutions are wonderful things (my favorite holiday!), but be very careful about telling them to anyone. It can be one of the sneakiest forms of self-sabotage.

      Thanks. Also (just speaking for myself) I sometimes think: sunlight might be a good disinfectant, but there are right and wrong times to sterilize.
