3 > 2 > 4 > 5 > 1. Knowing your cards is pretty good. (5) might belong even higher, since straddling only comes up once/orbit and these other things constrain you in every hand.
(2) prevents _so_ many preflop jams that are significantly better than alternatives... or am I not up on recent research about how good (or at least not-terrible) r/f'ing can be?

I want entirely clear whether these applied pre. But also, being forced to make pot sized raises with antes out there is kinda rough and affects way more of your decisions than not being able to shove.
