@thinkingpoker How would you go about studying a game that's pretty obscure? Can't run razzdugi sims, for instance, and the people who know mostly aren't talking. After studying odds and combinatorics, what's a sensible next step?
(1) Actually break down the math of an interesting hand as far as you can. (2) Try to gather friends to play it for small stakes but as seriously as possible. (3) Find published material about analogous games (split-pot games, *dugi games, etc.).
