    It's estimated that 20,000 Puerto Ricans, who live along the southern coast, are sleeping outside, nightly, due to the anxiety & reality of aftershocks. This earthquake sequence started December 28th, & some of the 20,000 people have been living outside for the last 2 to 3 weeks.
