Oh yes, no more building to STANDARD PRACTICE & SPECIFICATIONS, no inspections, & a whole lot of " IT WASN'T ME " WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE KIDDING. REPAIRING SUBSTANDARD PROJECTS WILL DOUBLE THE COST.
Permits used to be a back up system for job inspections & money spending. The Inspectors left with no one to watch the henhouse.
