Please ascertain why the gov't hasn't produced audited financials yet, nor has it broken down essential vs nonessential expenses. It seems clear that the current trajectory of Oversight Board will prevent PR from obtaining access to capital or fiscal responsibility.
The allegations of corruption and mismanagement at the #PuertoRico power authority are extremely troubling.

Many are hopeful an end to PREPA’s decades of reckless disregard of federal authority is near. Corruption is the icing on layers of atrocious mgmt. responsible for persistent env. violations since the 70's; including a '98 CWA conviction; & current MATS non-compliance & SO2 NAA
