It has been 1953 days since the US Citizens of Puerto Rico voted to become a US State in the 2012 plebiscite. It has been 275 days since 97% of the voters in PR chose Statehood for the 2nd time, in the 2017 plebiscite. When is Congress going to respect the Will of the People?
-
Sadly, there's no will. It's just a privilege to have only, and only the passport. The message is pretty much clear, they don't want PR as a state.

Why the hurry now? Puerto Ricans are suffering from the bad decisions taken by USACE, FEMA and local government officials since September and now when the heat is coming and the Hurricane season begins in June, you remember that there still people without power Hypocrites! Shame!
-
I doubt that the material in only one warehouse was enough to restore all the electric grid of the entire island of Puerto Rico. What is behind your agenda? Do you want to cover the poor job USACE did and you're looking for a scapegoat? Wasn't USACE in charge?

Your always late
@RonBishopLP when it comes to Puerto Rico. Ten years after Puerto Rico financial crisis you gave us@JuntaFiscalPR and you made crisis worse. And now, many months after being investigated, comes with this. You are always so slow reacting.! -
I wonder what further intention you will have bringing this matter so late? This situation occurs from the hurricane and as soon as it was discovered, there is an investigation that is still in process. It is strange your anxiety to star in this matter!

The tweet is not accurate and is not fair. In fact, it’s very irresponsible.
-
These are the news that local media continues to write or broadcast without further evidence, and USA media rewrite without further investigation. It is very irresponsible from both parts.
