Um, so 11th of out of 138 means the U.S. ranks in the top 92%. Also, does @NatResources or @IvankaTrump know how many tens of billions worth of U.S. #infrastructure projects are already through the permitting process and just waiting for funding from Congress and White House?
Congress should streamline the permitting process for approving #infrastructure projects, so that critical ones can get off the ground faster.
