What a Joke! She is considered in the Island a TRAITOR. She personally asked Paul Ryan that PR be treated like a foreign country in the tax bill. Now the manufacturing in PR has to pay 13.1% tax. Thanks to her since January, 5 companies have announced they are leaving the Island.
