        Few points of clarification. 1. The national parks will stay open 2. CHIP had clean bipartisan bill back in the fall that never came up for vote 3. National security work paid for non-appropriated funds are exempt 4. Senate GOP doesn't have their own people in line

        Also; American's know the Republican party has used children as a political tool. Letting CHIP go unfunded for nearly 5 months is inhumane and vile. You're also using immigrants as a political tool; clean CHIP and clean DACA bill now....November can not come fast enough.
