You're missing the point, @NatResources. We shouldn't wait to protect species only when they're threatened. Rolling back the migratory bird law puts these birds at risk. All birds deserve protection, not just those that fall under the ESA or Bald/Golden Eagle Protection Act.
That same Endangered Species Act that Rob Bishop is on a mission to destroy? A bit bizarre you would cite the protections of a statute you are actively working to invalidate.
So unless it's an eagle or threatened or endangered species (which Congress isn't predisposed to add to the list), they're out of luck. Got it.
