False, no one has ever reduced a monument by 1 million acres before. nor have any happened since FLPMA passed 41 years ago (nor have any ever been challenged in court). There is no normalizing this illegal attack on our public lands.

While past POTUS have made reductions, they were not challenged in Court as the Antiquities Act does NOT expressly allow reductions.
