To be fair, no one will ever prevent wildfires. It's unrealistic and a waste of time and money to even discuss it. You'd need to talk about people not driving cars, not pulling trailers, convert above ground powelines to below, outlaw campfires, etc.

Odd, it took me a simple google search to find where democrats have been holding wildfire prevention hearings. Not even local councillors, but up to State Senators. Maybe you're just not paying enough attention.
