When will Republicans stand up for children & families instead of Big Oil & Gas?
H.R. 6106 doesn't change protections to minority and underserved communities. It does, however, increase revenues to states who rely on energy revenues to support public education, healthcare, and other vital services.

This is wrong and they know it. H.R. 6106 waives critical protections for environmental justice issues before approving oil & gas permits. Republicans think this isn't a problem, as minorities & underserved communities can still sue after the fact. That's not right.
