      All holes under the @FisherSandG-Neuhaus- @WeBuildtheWall fence hold water, which enters when rainfall flows thru the bollards to the sandy edge of the shallow base. The road on the other side prevents absorption & actually directs water this way. This is a big ENGINEERING FAIL.pic.twitter.com/mZgdakc6PS

      They actually mean that to represent "downstream," i.e. toward the very close dam where their bollards will become floating projectiles.

          Is a complaint to the state licensure board at all possible here? Because better engineers have had their licenses revoked for less egregious incidents of negligence.
