        For anyone wondering how that happened, this administration waved the normal contracting and bidding process allowing contractors like fisher, who were unable to win contracts previously, to use political influence to win lucrative contracts.https://www.cnn.com/2020/02/21/politics/dhs-waives-contracting-laws-border-wall/index.html …
