      The hydroseed is never going to work on the banks of the Rio Grande. Maybe ask uuhhhmmm, let's see; who should be consulted? Maybe ANYONE who lives and works along it... LOLOL

      Yeah, the river barely rose and look at the damage (from our pictures). The dam is only releasing about 16,000 CFS, when the "wall" needs to withstand a release of 365,000 cfs.
