This is a positive development as it makes sense financially; hopefully the wall will have the added benefit of preventing trespassers into the refuge, potentially damaging butterfly habitat.

You care about butterflies? How about fighting against genetically modified crops and deadly pesticides that have wiped out almost HALF the butterfly population? U.S. President has Constitutional Mandate to protect the U.S. & that includes WALLS!
