Brian is very familiar with "Stochastic Terrorism". He's used it before in 2013/2014. Back then he used the account @AirmanKolfage, it was suspended. It's time for @Jack @twitter @TwitterSafety to take action against his current @BrianKolfage account. His actions endanger others.
