Project 1 was unique. It was mountainous so ground work cost a lot. If it was flat, they could build the wall for less than $5million per mile
So that's why contracts for wall here run $24 million/mile? Seriously? That sure is a whole lot of government inflation, waste and corruption if you say it can be done for $5 million/mile!!

Except it can't. Sunland Park fence was actually a smidge over 1/3-mile. Kolfage only admits to spending $8MM on it...could've been much more. Ergo, Fisher spent more donor $ building not-to-spec fencing w/o permits or EAs than it costs the gov't to build legally and safely.
