You should still be OK. The article says the money is to replace *existing* sections needing repair in CA, AZ and NM. It’s still hugely concerning however, because it violates Article One of the Constitution. But what does this SCOTUS care about some dusty 200-year-old document?
The decision sets a precedent. This means his plan to take more billions for more wall may succeed. No one is safe.
