      Isn’t there also a butterfly preserve this “wall” is supposed to cut through? I sure hope the lawsuits are being prepped to stop this wall, should the funding legislation fail.

      Thanx Christine - yes @NatButterflies will be impacted by wall construction, heightened law enforcement and destruction of habitat. Unfortunately law suits have failed due to the #RealIDAct which allows #DepartmentofHomelandSecurity to waive all laws (civil, environmental, etc)!

      Thanks for the info, Sergio. That is simply awful news. Let’s hope the eminent domain lawsuits have enough luck to foil this whole plan. More drones & cameras, less wall!

      Quick take means no suit will stop eminent domain. The feds get to seize then land prior to adjudication and compensation. #NoBorderWall still we #Resist
