@lomikriel your article about the Border Wall in the @HoustonChron is factually inaccurate. The new "levee fence" that will bisect our property is 36 ft tall: 18 ft vertical concrete wall with 18ft steel bollards on top. Will gladly share DHS written description of this w/you.

Oh I see. The story said 18 foot steel fencing. Which along with the concrete fortified levee is 36 feet.
US Rep Henry Cuellar claims to have invented the "levee fence/wall" term as a scheme to exploit the easement & violate due process by stealing private property. The courts ruled this was illegal in 2012. That is why there are still 70-some inverse ED lawsuits open from 2008-10
