Let’s ensure that before we enter the next war, or renew the ones we're in, we understand as a country what victory looks like, what our strategy is to achieve it, and why we fight. I’ve had no greater honor in Congress than representing & serving our veterans. Forever grateful.

What does "victory" look like? Like border wall? Like bulldozers rolling in to destroy #NationalButterflyCenter, #BentsenStatePark, #LaLomitaChapel? Does it look like political expediency? Please explain!
