Trump’s border wall will destroy @NatButterflies in Texas, which is home to at least 200 species of butterfly, and serves as critical habitat for the migration of the threatened Monarch butterfly and endangered species including the ocelot and jaguarundi.https://interc.pt/2QyCRE7
No. Google QUICK TAKE eminent domain. The feds passed a law that allows them to SEIZE PRIVATE PROPERTY and do with it as they please without negotiation, adjudication or compensation. They take and destroy, we wait up to two decades to be compensated for our loss.

Quick take is the process of taking possession before final compensation is determined. The govt is required to deposit the expected amount & the claimant can petition for withdrawal. It keeps open the negotiation process.

Yes, but does not slow or stop the land seizure, nor does it have to be adjudicated or settled PRIOR to the taking of the land.

and you can take it to the courts, all the way to the supreme court since it is a constitutional matter. (Sorry meant 5th Ammendment in last tweet) you could then set case law and protect others of these abuses.

No, quick take IS the law and it's been upheld. And the feds have waived the 28 laws that might protect us/land/water/air/species/rights/etc. There is no stopping this now.
