You don't owe him anything and if it makes you unhappy or uncomfortable to meet with him, don't do it!
Also, personally, I don't keep anything from exes so depending on if you stayed friends or not there's no guarantee he'd want it. If everything is good, ignore my input! You just seemed a little unhappy about it in your first tweet
