I came to the conclusion that she's gotta live around here, or even in the same condo building (why would she return to the same bench twice?) I'm thinking of maybe staying for another 30 minutes, and if she's not there leave a note with the flowers on the same bench. Thoughts?

If would be sad if she never saw the note or flowers! You could always take a picture of it all too, and if you see her again in the future, show it to her and talk to her :)
