Great news from the ENT! He confirmed that there is nothing wrong with my vocal cords and gave me a few tips to take care of tension :) I'm seeing the speech therapist in May but things have been looking so much better for the last few weeks! :D

It was killing me for more than half a year. But that was the destructive cycle because more stress about it caused more tension which caused more pain! I'm so glad that I got answers, it immediately made me feel better. And I'm so glad you got to see someone so fast!!!
