See when it comes to food, there are exactly three items that I can make that I would put my life on: 1) Pancakes 2) Chowder 3) Paella Hands down, they have been my most crowd pleasing dishes, and among the very VERY few dishes I make that I don’t hate.

Oh yeah. I heavily critique and can’t help but find nothing but the worst flaws and errors - Presentation, flavor… It truly will never be good enough

That's pretty incredible to learn! You post so many pictures and get so much praise, you do dinner parties, you're an extremely talented chef... Are you proud of what you make when others love it, even if you don't?

When I execute the dishes and dinner parties (private or not) it feels good to have people fed. However, it’s still so hard to hear “it was delicious” and not think of everything it could have been... or who could make it better. It’s an environment I was raised and trained in :/

On one hand I say YAS KEEP STRIVING FOR THE AMAZING YOU BELIEVE IN, DO BETTER 4EVER, but on the other hand I hope you reach a level of comfort and happiness with what you create, even if you continue to learn and improve <3 It brings joy to so many people, it should for you too~

Well this got real... and now you got me smiling. It’s hard to get to that state of mind but...this just made me feel better, seriously.
