Let's see... You have your Cat-5 with the RJ-45 for networking, USB for just about anything, Coaxial for cable TV and internet.. And the NFI cables. This is why I attach labels to things these days.
I'm confused about what I could possibly own that requires a Cat-5 to USB, because I somehow acquired that cable, and have never used it :D

The NFI cables that sort of look like a micro USB is a 1394 cable, also known as FireWire. Precursor to Apple's Thunderbolt and later, Lightning. Cat5 to USB is good for computers with a dead NIC or none to start with. Also used in loopback testing to rule out hardware issues.
