I've been losing my voice on and off since September. This is the hardest thing I've had to deal with as a streamer. It impacts me physically and emotionally, and it affects my stream. The first time it happened, it was caused by coughing too much while sick, and a convention. -

LOOK AFTER YOURSELF! We need your voice :c

But I can't give you my voice and look after my voice at the same time

You have nothing to be sorry for. I only do 3ish hour streams because I can't physically manage much more and people are so kind.
-
Be kind to yourself. Taking a step back to protect your health is not a bad thing and not your fault. You're doing the best thing for you x

Take care of you. As a community you're what has bonded all of us together. You don't need to apologize for the shorter streams. They're always a fun time/place to hangout no matter what. We still see the effort you're putting in to the streams regardless of length. <4

You should never apologize for something like your health girl! I lost my voice and damaged it further my first year at twitch con. I also continued to stream during the healing which ended up taking months.. but drinking TONS of water and tea with lemon / honey it it helped!
-
I was drinking at least 3 to 4 waters a day as well as around 4 cups of tea with lemon, honey, or both and it truly made a world of difference and helped relax my vocal cords a bit. I hope that maybe it'll do the same for you :)
