This is not standard procedure for anything, ever. If you're a streamer and something like this would really excite you, please understand that seems-too-good-to-be-true usually is. Don't download mysterious emails from strangers, kids.

I'm also wary of emails and messages I get that have attachments from senders I recognize. Most cases the known contacts aren't aware they have been affected by a trojan virus. It's bad when we cannot copy/paste image links without something extra attached to it too. ('^-^)
