Has anyone had any luck bringing longboards on flights as carry-ons? They technically exceed most carry-on sizes but they are also flat enough to be put on top of bags in overhead bins. Likelihood of stewardesses being accommodating? :D

No it goes in the over head bin ! I took mine to Seattle and long beach , i had it at twitch con. It counts i think as a personal item. Depending on the airlines. Thats my board just so you know for reference , i dont know how big your board is.pic.twitter.com/qfwvp1NVkI

Mine's 34 or 35 you are just a few inches shy. Call the airlines because as long as it fits in the overhead bin youre fime
