My hamster's butt smells like rotting chicken soup. She's either in heat or addicted to hate-farting. Upsetting.
Is she healthy and acting normal otherwise? My hamster (I was ten) died of wet tail and it stunk. Before she died she would sit in a corner of her cage, seemingly trying to meld her face with the corner. It was curable but I had no idea what was happening. Hoping all's well!

Aww, thanks for caring so much!!! Yes, she is fine otherwise. We always check for wet tail! I just want her to stop stinking - it's been days!
