You might be right, but i hope he sees this tweet and see that what he did was wrong. And change how he interact with streamers.. giving him a second change i quess to change..

That's pretty good reasoning. The only problem is, you won't necessarily know if he's done it to others, and others won't necessarily know that either. If there are no consequences for his actions, why would he change? Heck, seeing that tweet might even make him more bitter.
