Boys say this to women regardless of the field the woman has any measure of success in. They do this because they themselves cannot attain any measure of success in that field, and they cannot accept the fact that they are at fault. They waste energy blaming instead of improving.
Let it fall on deaf ears and be happy knowing that while they're wasting their time complaining, you're continuing to hone your skills and becoming better at whatever it is that you're doing. That you'll always be better than them at what you do.
