I don't mind others using their emotes in my channel. I just like sharing the love for art and creativity, especially with Twitch emotes.
I love it too, but specifically thinking about the -first- time someone's in chat. They're saying hi, using their emotes with every message

I see how that could be frustrating when it seems like blatant self-advertising. I'm not sure what one would do to curtail that though.
