I was thinking about the cost of replacing some worn/gone favourite books and *dingding* what about Kindle? Does anyone own one and love it?

I have a Kindle Voyage that is great. You might borrow a kindle if you can the e-ink can be a bit off putting to read at first.
With how much time I spend on my phone and computer, I'm sure it'll be less offputting than a regular tablet :P

It is. But you don't get the feeling of progression through a book. I miss the tactile feel of turning pages and seeing how far I am.

I will too, but I think the pros of a Kindle (for me) far outweigh the cons, so I'm excited :) I know I'll be able to read a lot more, too
