Fracture or not, she wants me to get physical therapy in 4-6 weeks & keep it in a more rigid brace & rest it as much as I can until then.
This may be the end of my Couch to 5K progress for a while, which is disappointing. I was really enjoying getting back into running.
I got a knee injury two months into starting running and the best advice I can give is to recover properly, and then start again! I didn't.
Not all of your progress will be lost, and it'll be easier to get back to where you are now
