I end up feeling great/normal and still waking up decently early, but when nighttime rolls around, I'm not tired, and the cycle repeats
Because then I don't get any daylight outside, businesses are closed, and my friends go to sleep early.

4am worked for a year. Longest schedule I've ever had. I love it. I screwed it up when I got the flu. Hard to fix, easy to maintain.
