People forget that most customer service employees deal with the equivalent of shitty trolls non-stop. We'd all be super salty!
Definitely not saying it's an excuse 2 b dick, but they're used to being stepped on and their demeanor mirrors their treatment.

Being one of the cheapest options most of the time, they get all of the unclassy assholes of the sky, and too few angels. ^___^
