Never flying @united again. I'm disgusted with the condescending and patronizing attitude of their employees and the awful customer service.

I've had late/overbooked/etc flights and in PM they reassure/find solutions/get better seats, next possible flight...
It seems like when they're not faced with unhappy people rushing through for hours every day they do their jobs really well ^^;

People forget that most customer service employees deal with the equivalent of shitty trolls non-stop. We'd all be super salty!

Definitely not saying it's an excuse 2 b dick, but they're used to being stepped on and their demeanor mirrors their treatment.
