Schedule idea: Stream 4 hours (start at 5 or 6), take an hour off to exercise, stream 4 more. Thoughts?? Only considering, not implementing!

I already start at 6 every day, I want feedback on the 1 hour break in the middle of streams :) Right now I go for 8h straight

might do you good to take a long break mid stream, could cause you to lose viewers though. I'll msg you more on twitch later

The viewer drop is what I'm thinking about too, but I do stream really early - a lot of people aren't home until after I'm done :P

I would think a break would make sense,8 hours straight is a long time and I think ppl would be back.........
