@NaomiWasTaken They usually aren't able to do anything regardless of provider. Best bet is to figure out how they find IP and fix that
@TheKittyPlays Would a VPN help? Or is having a harder to track IP that is either dynamic or floating the be-all end-all?

@NaomiWasTaken a proxy on your Skype helps and not adding idiots on steam! I have never used a vpn but have an extra router to swap with -
