Me venting for a second: I hate HATE that I worked my BUTT off (literally) to get healthy and in shape just to hear I need to be doing more and that I’m messing up. I know no one wants to hear that but dang… I’ll be glad to talk to my doctor. This dietitian and I might fight.

Yeah. I mean I don’t eat perfect but I try really darn hard. I run / workout every day. Like. Phew.

And nobody needs to eat perfectly anyway, that's both unnecessary and practically unobtainable! You look incredibly healthy, and while I don't know your exact situation or goals, you genuinely don't look like you have any more weight to even lose! You're absolutely goals
