      Whelp, it is done, for now. I've been diagnosed with Tourettes and childhood ADHD, and been told that further testing is needed to determine adult ADHD because in day to day life I seem to have it, but in testing, I excel way past ADHD criteria. I got a care plan that includes

      I’m happy you have a diagnosis! I think it’s possible to manage ADHD without meds once you get diagnosed and understand it. If you want to chat about how you are feeling or ideas on managing you are welcome to HMU.

      I might take you up on that, thank you so much! I've been watching ADHD help videos for years, and it's still been a hard struggle. But a lot of options have opened up now :3
