It's reassuring to know there are so many options even when you don't hear exactly what you want to hear, even though there's no magical one size fits all solution, even though we commonly hear about just a handful of options in media and regular conversaion.

I'm not usually this candid on Twitter. I think most people don't need to know when I'm (mentally) struggling, my life has been pretty okay and I don't have much of a right to complain lol. But hey! I have a lot of problems, I try to hide them, and when I can't, I go MIA. Sorry.
We are truly lucky to live in the age we do. The past has taught us that these disorders are not new. I cannot even being to imagine what life must have been like for our ancestors.
