Fellow ADHDers, a question: It's anxiety inducing to have a to-do list that seems endless and more urgent by the day. But... do you ever get *more* anxious once you start accomplishing things and crossing them off, like you're not doing enough, or you ruined/missed something?

Oh, absolutely, it has happened to me before so can confirm I just try to do it week by week so it's a little less anxiety inducing, but pretty sure that has happened to me
