Fellow ADHDers, a question: It's anxiety inducing to have a to-do list that seems endless and more urgent by the day. But... do you ever get *more* anxious once you start accomplishing things and crossing them off, like you're not doing enough, or you ruined/missed something?

That's why lately when I do a list I try to make them short and the last point of the list is to make another to-do list if necessary, so I only focus on what I have at hand lol
