      Ruined? Does this affect the books, take away from your experience of having read them? It's an awesome reference, a skin in an extremely popular game. There are allomancy mods in Minecraft, does that ruin Mistborn for you? It's the community celebrating their favourite thing :/

      There's a big difference: Minecraft is past the cringe phase, and that's why people don't throw shit at it all the time. The Internet always focuses on a few things. Now we have Fortnite and Among Us, even though Fortnite is “a dead game” or something like that.

      "It pains me to see my favorite thing being ruined by fortnite." You're not being forced to play the game, Fortnite isn't being shoved into the novels. There's disliking, and there's being overly negative and dramatic for no reason. Let people be happy and celebrate literature.🙄

          You’re allowed to dislike the game itself, but saying “this killed another franchise” is fucking dumb. It’s not that hard to understand. If the creator wanted to do this because his son plays the game, respect his desire and accept it.
